President Clinton and the "Great Lie".
Bill Clinton confesses Monica Lewinsky sexual relationship on national TV.
A Biblical Perspective

By Andy Neckar
Last night, August 17th 1998 the American people who were deceived by the President were given a glimmer of truth by the man himself.

The president of the United States of America is an admitted fornicator. (whoremonger). When Clinton admitted this fault, there was no sign of repentance, only hate, bitterness and arrogance. The "great lie" was not voluntarily confessed, it was wrested from this man by the fear of legal consequences.

We know all government is ordained of God, (Rom 13:1-7) so the people may enjoy great quietness, (peace) and that very worthy deeds are done unto this nation by the care of this government. (Acts 24:2) We accept this always with thankfulness. (Acts 24:3)

However, there are three branches of government. These are Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. These are the "checks and balances" put in place by the founders of this government. When one of the three goes awry, the other two hold it accountable. The wayward branch must answer to the other two branches. Simple enough.

But—"Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation". (Rom 13:2)

This verse of the Bible applies to the Executive branch as well as to us, the citizens of this country. This verse of the Bible applies to President Clinton who has been "thumbing his nose" at the Legislative and Judicial branch. Yes it does, no two ways about it.

What can be done about this contempt? Not too much I suppose. The American people will not have him stand before the judicial branch of our government. There is no hue and cry coming from the majority of the people for the truth.

Clinton’s home church, Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Ark., refuses to have him stand before it as commanded by God. (Matt 18:15-17)

Unless Clinton repents and believes the gospel of Christ in faith, (for salvation is not manifest in his life) he is destined for the eternal fires of hell, because he will one day STAND BEFORE CHRIST, who reads the heart.

Make no mistake about it. Christ won’t.
